You can spend a fortune getting custom molded insert and thats what a few people need but superfeet has always offered a great product for a reasonable price and these are no different. Thinner and lighter weight than the basic ones. They have more flex which helps with the natural movement of the foot when running."

"These are really comfortable, low-profile insoles. They worked well for my feet as a dancer who wore them for 4-5 miles a day. The only problem is they are really squeaky (at least in my Nike React shoes). I taped over the bottoms with waterproof athletic tape, which helped some, but the noise kept coming back. I appreciated that they fit in my shoes but I wish they were quieter."
