"The plastic was too hard and dug into my arches. I gave it an adjustment period but the insoles never stopped hurting my feet i ultimately swapped them back out with the old ones. I have tried other superfeet insoles and these were the first ones that didn’t work for me. major bummer."

Thinner and lighter weight than the basic ones. They have more flex which helps with the natural movement of the foot when running."
