Reviews

Great for high arches

"I have used multiple pairs of these insoles over the last few years and they provide excellent arch support with significantly more cushioning than the stock insoles in my running shoes. The only shoes they do not work well with is Altra, as the bigger toe box doesn’t work well with these insoles. Anyone who needs arch support can be comfortable buying these. Use their tool on their website to determine what level of support you need."

Superfeet = Happy Feet

"I've been using these for years and have several sets in running shoes, hiking boots, hunting boots, fire boots, and casual shoes. They've helped me move past chronic lower back pain and sore arches. If I'm wearing shoes, you can bet Superfeet are in them."

— Curt V. (5/5)

Running Comfortably

"This product really does the job. Great support and great comfort/cushioning."

— Michael K. (5/5)

Love These

"These have made a huge difference with my feet. I was having severe foot pain in my arches for the last few months and my doctor recommended these to help with the pain. My foot pain has gone down drastically since using them. I highly recommend them to anyone experiencing foot pain."

— Jill L. (5/5)

Helps alot, I didnt even

"Helps alot, I didnt even realize I had high arches until recently and I got these to see if it would help with comfort and some tendon issues I've been having. It made my shoes immediately more comfortable and my achilles tendon definitely feels a little better after a long day vs without them. If you have high arches tese are definitely much more helpful than just a cushioned insole. If you dont know if you have high arches (like I didn't) a search engine can show you a few easy ways to find out."

— jesse A. (5/5)

"they are the best insoles that I have ever used. I have used vionic and they did nothing, Redwing did nothing. These really work and I am in the construction industry."

— Michele (5/5)

Size up you boot/shoe

"These work amazing but take up much more room in your boots/shoes than your original insole so 1/2 size up the boot/shoe if you want them to fit with normal room!"

— Stephen S. (5/5)

Super Supportive

"I can't tell you how many pairs of Superfeet insoles I have worn over the years. They make a consistently superior product. 10 out of 10 would recommend."

— Justin F. (5/5)

With the additional cushioning at

"With the additional cushioning at the heel and ball of the foot, the inserts provide even more comfort. These provide even more support than orthotics I recently had fabricated, at a much better price."

— Julie C. (5/5)

Great Insoles

"I have serious issues with my knees, shins, and back. A doctor convinced me to spend over $400 on a brand of "custom" insoles. Although they improved my posture some, they actually made my knees hurt worse, caused my shin splints to hurt worse, and also caused pain in my balls of my feet and heels (new pain I didn't have previously. I saw Superfeet insoles on Expertvoice and decided to try them. A couple months in now and I am still loving them. They did not magically heal all of my issues but the pains described above are seriously lessened when wearing them."

Q&A

What is the weight of each Adapt Run Max?: Hi Cody, ADAPT Run Max weighs approximately 40 grams for size C, 45 grams for size D, 50 grams for size E, and 56 grams for size F. This is the measurement for each insole +/- 2 grams.
The Run Max and Hike Max appear to offer the exact same features. Can you explain how the two differ?: ADAPT Hike Max and ADAPT Run Max are very similar. The main difference between the two is in the energizing heel cushion and a responsive forefoot zone. ADAPT Hike Max has a heel cushion and forefoot zone that is grippier and more cushioned than our ADAPT Run insoles, so they do a better job at keeping your feet locked in during steep ascents. ADAPT Run Max has a heel cushion and forefoot zone that is rebounding, so it will been bouncier, and is better tuned for running.
I have high arches but I have been running in the regular adapt run. I am interested in the adapt run max to better fit my arches, but I am wondering how much thicker the max is and if it will take up too much room, height wise, in my shoe?: Hi Jordan, ADAPT Run and ADAPT Run Max are very similar in terms of volume (how much room they take up within your shoes). ADAPT Run Max is slightly thicker in the forefoot by about 0.2 mm, and they are actually thinner in the heel by about 0.5 mm. If you feel comfortable doing so, you could try going to a store that carries our product to test out a demo or two to see what insole feels the best for you and your footwear. The store locator tool is a great resource to see what’s close to you by typing in your zip code. https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/store-locator/ I’m happy to say that Superfeet has a 60-day satisfaction guarantee that covers trimmed and worn insoles, so if you decide to try these and they don’t end up working out, we are happy to help with a free return or exchange within 60 days.
Hi, I’m a big guy. 300+, what is the max support sole do you have?: Hi Derek, Our most supportive insoles are GREEN and ORANGE. https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/green https://www.superfeet.com/en-us/orange For a personalized recommendation that takes your footwear and intended activities into consideration, feel free to reach back out using the link below and include that info. I have planatar fasciittis and high arches. I have been using the FLEX (orange and blue) model for three years. I now have pain again after three years. My doctor wants me to use a heat molded insert which I do not like. I was wondering which superfeet model works best with what i need with high arches.: Hi Michael, I'm sorry to hear about that plantar fasciitis you're dealing with. The good news is, all of our insoles feature the Superfeet shape, which is designed to help with alignment and weight distribution and can reduce stress on the plantar fascia to help alleviate some of the pain associated with plantar fasciitis. I recommend taking a look at GREEN, which has high support and a deep and wide heel cup. They feature a high density foam for shock absorption and feel stiff and supportive. superfeet.com/en-us/green For a more personalized recommendation that takes your footwear and intended activities into consideration, feel free to reach back out using the link below and include that info.
